Our People

We started with a simple thought: the legal industry is an unhappy place. Clients feel they are getting a raw deal and many of the best lawyers are so disenchanted they are leaving the profession.

We realised that lawyers and clients have been on two sides of an unhappy bargain for far too long. So, we asked ourselves ‘what should the law firm of the future look like?’, ‘do you need a costly partnership structure?’, ‘high overheads?’, ‘a focus on billable hours?’. We discarded these anachronisms, and many more.  In the process, we are leading real and meaningful change in the legal industry.

It might sound like boasting, but we think we are onto something.  Welcome to Plexus – join the revolution.
